On Arriving at Mountain View Village our guests are given a questionnaire here  are some of the comments that have been received by our staff.

General Comments about our park:

* Clean , Quiet and well maintained 

*Thank you for a most enjoyable week in your excellent park  you deserve the high rating from RACV

* The special winter package deal made it possible to come away and enjoy ourselves. The playground was especially good for the children.

*A very Attractive environment. Feels like Hawaii. All kids attractions, golf, table tennis etc great ! We enjoyed February 2003 joining in the water exercise . We were made to feel very welcome, love the idea of personal bathroom when camping ( wish we had that when we had children and went camping ).

* Good clean surroundings with a lot of pride taken.

* Well situated -close to Nowra, Beach and Shops. Very clean- it exceeded our expectations .

* We have stayed in many cabins always on a budget and this was by far the best. We enjoyed our stay and caught our breath before moving on. In fact we were so comfortable we were sad to move on. Thank You.

* Quiet at night , Not to expensive, Affordable for families.

* Very clean well kept and all facilities working.

* Mountain View Village would be the best park we have stayed in while travelling, we would have no problems in recommending our friends to stay here.

* Very satisfied with our stay here and would consider a further visit in the future.

* A quiet place to rest and relax between " driving days " plus nice and cosy for a cold wet day. I would highly recommend your park to friends in Western Australia who travel east.

* A very well kept and pretty park also very quiet.

* Kids appreciated the pool  and the games room, Mum and dad enjoyed tennis. First decent couch for 10 days.

* Anymore relaxed and you would have had to prise us out .

* The amenities are very clean with good showers.

* Cabin had everything needed for a comfortable stay, liked the bbq outdoors and internal games areas.

* It is hard to go anywhere with kids and made to feel safe. At this park kids are safe and accommodated with the facilities here.

* Very Quite, good sites, great tennis court and pool areas.

* Nice pool and enjoyed a game of carpet bowls with some of the residents. Nice big drive thru site.

Comments regarding our Staff

 * Happy and helpful greeting when we arrived also every time we had to use your  office.

* Helpful and considerate staff .

*We were met with a smile, needing information we were helped very quickly with what we required. Staff booked us ahead at the next Top Tourist Park without any problems.

* Even when it was cold my children went for a swim in the pool. And when we were there the men that were fixing the roof had time just to come and show them how the spa button works on the pool. Thank you to the maintenance men.

* Excellent and friendly greeting on arrival and most helpful.

* Excellent local knowledge given on arrival.

* The Reception was very happy and informative, we were made to feel very welcome.

* Always with a smile when asked anything.

* When we had a small problem it was very promptly dealt with.
