A deposit is required to be paid. Upon payment of such deposit you have entered into a contract with the park that you will abide by the park rules and booking terms and conditions. It is our policy that we do not enter into a contract with any person under the age of 18yrs therefore such person/s must be accompanied by a responsible parent otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

DEPOSITS FOR BOOKINGS

Half the total tariff to be paid within 14 days of the date the booking is made or the booking will be cancelled.

All tariffs are for 2 adults
Children prices from 2 yrs to 16 yrs.

Under 2yrs free.

* Management reserves the right where deemed so necessary, to relocate or change sites after booking. (Where possible prior notice will be given)

Shoulder Period : is a minimum 2 nights in all Cabins and En-suite sites on weekends.

Late checkout : Late checkouts maybe available upon request depending on bookings (charges do apply). Late checkouts are not available during peak periods or holiday periods.

*Christmas Bookings

Deposits are broken into 3 periods

Number 1. A $200.00 deposit to be paid before the 1/03/10

Number 2. An additional deposit is required by 1/09/10 for the balance amounting to half the total tariff.

Number 3.The outstanding amount (being half the total tariff) to be paid on Arrival.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 1/09/10 FOR CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Christmas bookings: No refunds will be given after 1/09/2010. Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short or due to bad weather.

Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the booking will be refunded less a $ 25.00 fee.

Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Mountain View Village has in place a No Smoking Policy in all our Buildings and Cabins.

Extra Vehicles

Our Cabins and Camp sites have parking for 1 Vehicle only. If you are bringing a boat, trailer or a second vehicle please pre arrange with the office . We cannot guarantee they will be placed near your site. We only allow 1 Vehicle per site .

Group Bookings

Group bookings and bookings with more than 10 people will require a bond to be paid. Bonds may be required for other bookings at Managements discretion.

Periods
Peak	Easter weekend 1st April to 5th April 2010. (Minimum 4 nights). Queens Birthday long weekend June 10th to June 14th 2010. ( Minimum 2 nights). Labour Day Long Weekend September 30th to 4th October 2010. (Minimum 3 nights). Christmas School Holidays December 19th to January 26th 2011. (Minimum 7 nights).
School Holiday	All school holidays excluding peak periods.
Shoulder	27th January to 31st May. After Labour Day Long Weekend until December 19th .
Off Peak	1st June - ends prior to October long weekend .

Excludes peak periods, long weekends and school holidays.
