Welcome to Mountain View Resort.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

We have included some general information so you can enjoy everything our Resort and the Area has for you to enjoy.

Our Free Wifi can be used on the MTV Guest network.
The Password is changed regularly, and can be used by everyone in your unit/site on multiple devices.
The current Password can be found on the bottom of your Boom Gate Access Pin Number paperwork that was given to you on arrival.

We’d like to remind you that electric scooters, electric bikes and similar devices are NOT permitted at Mountain View Resort. Our grounds are shared by many guests, including children, and our walkways can become quite busy. For safety reasons, powered rideables are not allowed on Resort grounds. Please leave electric scooters and electric bikes at home so everyone can enjoy a safe and pleasant stay.
By all means bring you ush bikes and scooters but no skateboards or similar.
While riding in the Resort all NSW road rules must be obeyed, to be worn by all bike riders 
We also require all bikes and scooters be put away as soon as the streetlights come on.
This is for your safety and all so other road users.

Failure to comply will result in you being told to put your bike or scooter away for the remainder of your stay

  • Checkout time is prior to 10 am.
  • Early checkout please drop your key & TV remotes in the key drop box located outside the office near the noticeboard. We will contact you during office hours to organise a refund of your key deposit if that applies.
  • Late Checkout may be available, please organise prior to your departure day, a fee may apply. NO LATE CHECKOUT AVAILABLE DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
  • In the case of fire, or other major emergencies please call 000 immediately.
  • Please contact our office or call during office hours on 02) 4448-7281 or after hours emergency via our door bell at the office door or call the office to hear our answering machine with the after hours phone number for that night.
  • Always end your 6 digit pin number with the #
  • Your pin number will give your access through the boom gates (for 1 vehicle only), into the swimming pool yard, camp kitchen, games room, laundry block and toilets (remember some areas automatically lock at a designated time – see trading hours for details).
  • On arrival (or over the phone if you are a late arrival) you will be issued with a pin number. This is generally 6 digits from your mobile phone number (we cannot start with a 0 so it is usually the next 6 digits) or another number that you may have requested.
  • Office Hours: 8.30am – 5pm
  • Swimming Pool Hours: 8.30am – Dusk (8:30pm at the latest during summer holidays).
  • Jumping Pillow: 8:30am – 6pm (summer holidays)
    (this cannot be used if the CCTV is not working)
  • Games Room: 8.30am – 10pm
  • Camp Kitchen: 6.00am – 10pm
  • Pedal Kart Hire: 9am – 4pm
  • Amenities Block: Open 24 hrs
  • Recreation Area: no access after 8:30pm
  • Children’s Playground: ages 10 years and under 8.30am – dusk
  • Tennis Court Hire – Tennis Racquets & Balls Hire $10 each ($8 refund on return)
  • Pickle Ball bat and ball hire 
  • Mini Golf – Putters & Balls Hire $10 each ($8 refund on return)
  • Pedal Karts – Hourly Hire rate is $15 each for the single buggies and $20 for the double – helmets must be worn at all times (supplied) &
    parental waiver to be signed. Unruly behaviour will forfeit your right to use them.
  • Bikes & Scooters are only to be used from 8am – dusk. Helmets must be worn when on bikes
  • Skateboards, electric scooters and the like are BANNED from our resort.
  • Soccer Balls $10 refundable deposit
  • Basketballs $10 refundable deposit
  • Football $10 refundable deposit
  • Fuseball $2 refundable deposit
  • Cricket bats + tennis ball $10 deposit (cricket balls are not allowed in our resort)
  • This is located at the side of the Amenities Block opposite the office.
  • Keys are available from the office (during office hours)
  • $20 refundable deposit is required for the keys.
  • We have a designated Communal campfire pit located beside the tennis court.
  • Prior approval must be given by the office before lighting the campfire pit.
  • NO other wood fires, heatbeads or smokers are allowed.
  • During Total Fire Ban – follow RFS guidelines
  • Staff may close the communal campfire pit in bad fire weather, (very dry conditions) and times of a ToBan.

The peaceful enjoyment of our resort and its facilities by all residents and guests is important to us.

Please No excess noise that will disturb your neighbours and guests at anytime of the day, we have a strict noise limit between 10pm and 8am.

  • We currently do not have a designated charging unit onsite.

We do not allow Charging of vehicles as it may damage our infrastructure, failure to comply will incur a fee $1000

  • Pets are not permitted in our Resort.
  • Visitors pets are not permitted in our Resort

Our laundries  can be found at the end of the amenities block. washing machines and dryers take $1 and $2 dollar coins and are $5 per load. Washing machines run for approximately 40 mins  and the dryers 60 mins. Coming Christmas Holidays 2025 we will have a washing machine and dryer with card tap available.
